Keep frozen or refrigerated. Remove the patty from plastic and cook thoroughly before serving. If frozen, thaw completely in refrigerator prior to cooking. Use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze.
Add a tablespoon of oil to a non-stick pan and heat over medium-low heat. Cook for 4 min. per side until lightly browned.
Preheat oven to 350° F on a lined baking tray, brush patties with oil and cook for 4 min. until lightly browned.
Place the patty on a microwave safe plate. Cook on medium (based on 1100 watt microwave) for 2 min. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
