A Plant-Based Burger, Prepared on a Plate with Fresh Vegetables

Feeling a craving for a satisfying burger, but want to keep it light? This recipe is <400 calories and will cure those hunger pains.

Recipe recommendation: Toast each side of the bun, Prepare a Mr. 'Shroomburger according to the packaging directions. Add your favorite soft dairy or vegan cheese on top, plus fresh greens (arugula shown) and fresh halved cherry tomatoes. Prepare a sauce using dairy or vegan yogurt combined with your favorite diced fruit (cherries shown). Enjoy the complexity of flavors and the satisfaction that comes from Mr. 'ShroomBurger!
